This Labor Day in Aspen is full of great events including the unique and entertaining MotherLode Volleyball Tournament. The MotherLode tournament is the largest doubles volleyball event in the U.S.A Beach Volleyball teams from around the country arrive in Aspen, CO to see what they can do in the high mountain air.
Teams play all day long Thursday Sept. 2- Monday Sept.6 at parks across Aspen but the main sand courts are at the Koch Park and Wagner Park. See a map of where they will be playing. Don’t miss the Beach Championships on Monday at 3pm for Women’s title and 4pm for Men’s!

Little did they know that their one day, 14 team tourney was going to become one of the biggest, and most popular, pro-am beach doubles volleyball events in North America - the MotherLode Volleyball Classic, held every Labor Day Weekend in Aspen, Colorado.
