Be inspired for adventure: 5 Point Film Festival starts Free Film Showings All Winter

The 5point Film Festival is back again to inspire and awe with amazing outdoor films playing this winter for free. The free shows are a great way to get the community inspired for their Film Festival coming up April 29th through May 2nd.
The first showing titled, Mount St. Elias, is coming up January 13th at 7 pm. This is a dramatic, inspiring documentary about 3 of the world’s greatest ski mountaineers as they try to complete the longest ski descent in the world on Alaska’s Mount St. Elias! Feb. 10th is a presentation from Mountaineering legend Dave Hahn about his most epic adventure. Hahn is known for having more Everest summits that any non-Sherpa and has successfully summited Denali 18 times, according to a press release.

March 10th is Mountain Culture Night with 3 films highlighting the beauty and nature in daily life spent in the mountains.

5point Film Festival is a non-profit festival whose proceeds go towards local programs that goes toward understanding, respecting and protecting our natural world.
