Aspen Skiing Co. told the Aspen Times it will break ground for a new Sam's Know Restaurant on April 17. The new 7,800 square foot restaurant is slated to open December of this year, if all goes as planned.
The $9 million project was to be a 13,000 square foot facility.
Is a new one necessary? Do you like the old one? Was it your favorite at Snowmass? Is the Ski Co. spending this money wisely?
